Information on Our Website
At Tiara, we make every attempt to ensure that our on line catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible; however, infrequently data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. Tiara reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Also please note that in order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some items may appear bigger or smaller than their actual sizes in our photos, and since every computer color and size setting is different, the products may look slightly different.
Shipping
Tiara ships all the parcels with Regular Canada Post Service. We fully insure each order all the way to you. It means the shipment is always risk-free in transit to you. After a parcel is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking #. Shipping times are approximate. Free international shipping is offered for a limited time only. We reserve the right to refuse to ship to certain remote locations.

Please note a $15.00 fee will be applied to the orders with incorrect address information provided by the customer and as a result the parcel is returned to Tiara or Tiara has been charged extra by the carrier. A $25.00 fee will be applied for refused, unclaimed and returned shipments plus the customer will be responsible for all return shipment charges. The orders being shipped outside Canada may require the recipient to pay duties upon delivery. We encourage you to contact your local courier or customs bureau to find out about import taxes.

Cancellation
Once you place an order it immediately transfers to our customer service center and the payment process starts. Generally it is not possible to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order contact us at info@TiaraJewelry.com and if the order has not been shipped yet we will determine if it will be possible to stop the process of the order.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of the receipt for a refund with exception to earrings, for obvious sanitary reasons. Refunds will not apply if the returned item has been damaged or altered in any way. A gift certificate will be issued if the item received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Personalized items are not refundable. Refunds do not include shipping costs. To refund an item please follow these steps:
- call or email our customer service center for a Return Authorization Number (RAN#)
- complete the Return Form [doc | pdf]. Please make sure to obtained your RAN # by emailing our customer service center before completing the return form.
- please attach this form along with your original receipt and repack the item in its original packaging.
- for your security, please insure your package for the full amount and keep your receipt. Tiara will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
